Darrin and his team (The JD Alexander Catering & Event Planning Company) do a phenomenal job each time they come to our site for tenant events and services. Darrin is a charismatic businessman and community leader. His most recent venture (eKorkBoard.com), amongst many, is an internet startup with a fresh approach to how services are marketed to residential and commercial building tenants, that will boost leasing and resident retention!.

At Abaris Realty, we pride ourselves on maintaining high standards and for soley this reason we expect nothing less from our service partners.  Because of the forever evolving and expanding plethora of services offered, our managers have come to know that they can count on Darrin and his team (Tri-City Connections) to be there when and wherever they are most needed. Over the years (since 2005) we've used them for everything from "temp-perm" front desk staffing, fire watch, catering/event planning, site inspections, small handyman “odd” jobs to large janitorial jobs. We wish them continued success.  

Because of our partnership with Darrin and his team (Tri-City Connections) during the startup, business and brand development phase of Wally’s World Coffee Shops it has proven to be very rewarding for both the "original" founders and "new" owners, as well as the customers.

I’ve known Darrin for several years (since1990) – first when he was on the staff at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Pentagon City and later when he worked as a Concierge in my office building at 815 Connecticut Ave. In every instance, Darrin has impressed me with his determination to succeed and his willingness to work very hard to accomplish his goals. Darrin is very smart and has seemingly boundless energy. I continue to marvel at his positive attitude and commitment to customer service.
