The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and an impressive ability to communicate. Responsibilities include:
- Ambassadors must pass a variety of performance tests (e.g. computer, customer service, etc.).
- Acts as the liaison between the Board of Directors, Senior Property Manager and the residents/owners.
- Monitor security cameras, and triage problems as directed by management.
- Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
- Control access to client site or facility through the admittance process
- Protect the property, employees and patrol buildings
- Parking enforcement includes coordination of the loading dock, temporary and assigned parking spaces.
- Operate computerized information-tracking/dispatch system and maintain various records
- Inspect and monitor intrusion and fire alarm systems
- Manage the distribution of mail/packages, and process maintenance tickets and building logs.
- Provide Administrative Support as directed
- Assist with event planning and preparation, (as needed).
